Wholesale: 50%
Bookseller: 35%
Single copy/copies orders: 25% plus postage and packing

Ordering
All titles should be ordered through Questa Publishing Limited by fax (0705 349 1743), or email to Questa Sales. This will enable the proprietors to pick up and deal with orders when away from the office.

Payment terms
Net 30 days (unless other arrangements have been agreed).

Carriage
For wholesale quantity orders, all carriage is free to UK addresses. Non-UK addresses incur charges at cost.

Orders for single copies of one or more books incur postage charges at cost.

Delivery
Any delivery date is given in good faith. All books are despatched by Hillside Publications, 20 Wheathead Crescent, Keighley, West Yorkshire BD22 6LX (Telephone: 01535 681505).

Price fluctuations
Prices are subject to alteration without notice. Orders are accepted on the understanding that prices ruling on the date of despatch will be charged.

Damaged goods
Notify Hillside Publications and the carrier within 3 days of delivery. Sign for the parcel as ‘Damaged — contents unexamined’.

Missing parcels
Notify Hillside Publications immediately, and confirm in writing.

Return of goods
Obtain prior permission in writing from Questa Publishing Limited, and then return to Hillside Publications. Returned goods will not be accepted more than 12 months from the date of delivery. All returned goods must be in mint condition. Books not in mint condition will not be accepted, and no credit will be given.

On return (and acceptance) of books, a credit note will be issued.

Ownership
All goods remain the property of Questa Publishing Limited until full payment has been made for them.
