NEW TITLES AND AUTHORS FOR 2008/9
During 2008, Questa will be introducing a new series of Easy Rambles..., beginning in the Lake District with two titles by Carlisle-based writer Vivienne Crow:
- Easy Rambles around Keswick and Borrowdale
- Easy Rambles around Ambleside and Grasmere
Priced at £3.99, 'Easy Rambles...' are aimed at those who want to enjoy our countryside without all the effort of charging to the top of mountains. 'Easy Rambles...' are about, well, taking it easy...and rambling.
The 'Easy Rambles' theme will continue in the new year into the Peak District, with two titles by Derbyshire-based writer and photographer, Chiz Dakin:
- Easy Rambles in the Dark Peak
- Easy Rambles in the White Peak
Still trying to complete the 'Walks with Children' books for the Lake District, we will have four new titles in 2009:
- Walks with Children: Dunnerdale
- Walks with Children: Wasdale
- Walks with Children: Ennerdale
- Walks with Children: Eskdale
...all by the well-known Cumbrian author, Mary Welsh, and priced at £2.99.
